Founded in 2012 as a National High-Tech Enterprise integrating design, R&D, manufacturing and sales. Our founding team brings over 30 years of silicone rubber industry expertise, backed by 4 invention patents and 11 utility-model patents, and certified to ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and Walmart's social responsibility audit.
Based in Pengjiang District, Jiangmen, within the Greater Bay Area, the company operates a ~3,000 m² production site equipped with 4 sets of LSR injection machines, 8 vacuum hydraulic presses, 12 compression molding presses, one silicone extrusion line and other production equipment, plus 20+ testing instruments. With its own complete full-process workshop and quality management system, it has achieved an annual production capacity of 800 tonnes of silicone rubber products.
The company manufactures a wide range of custom silicone products to meet market and customer needs, and obtains various compliance certificates upon request, such as ROHS, FDA, REACH, CE and more. Two founders graduated in polymer chemistry from Nanchang University and Shantou University in the 1980s–90s. Before founding the company, they had worked in the silicone & rubber products industry for over 20 years, serving well-known companies such as SONY, BROTHER, TCL, Midea, Galanz and Desay, with solid theoretical foundations in chemistry, production expertise and rich management experience.
Jiangmen Tianze Precision Rubber Co., Ltd. was established, embarking on a professional silicone & rubber manufacturing journey.
Became a supplier to Guangdong Baisheng Medical Devices, entering specialty silicone materials such as high-temperature resistant and conductive silicone.
Became a supplier to the listed company Hanyu Group.
Became a supplier to VOLLRATH, the largest US cookware company with over 150 years of history.
