To meet growing demand for high-quality silicone keypads and seals, Tianze has commissioned a new vacuum compression molding line. By evacuating air during clamping, it removes bubbles from the compound and markedly reduces flashing and internal defects.

Since going online, surface finish and dimensional consistency have visibly improved while per-hour capacity increased. Together with the existing process-control system, Tianze can more reliably satisfy automotive-electronics and medical customers on consistency and cleanliness.
